Gluten-Free Class
Could your physical ailments be caused by gluten? This class will cover the basics of what gluten is, symptoms, how to determine if you are gluten intolerant, why the medical community is so uninformed and what is Celiac Disease. Learn the dangers of gluten and how to live life without wheat.
Beginning Hip-Hop Dance For Adults
Have you ever wanted to learn hip hop dance but never got the chance? If you’re an adult (age 18+) and would like to give it a try, now is your chance to learn in a friendly, welcoming environment with other adults who share your interest.
Homeschool Enrichment
An enrichment program with an emphasis on “fun” that is designed for homeschool children. A variety of enrichment and fitness (fun) programming will be developed to enhance social, mental and physical development.
