The Leaven was established in 2005 to give children an opportunity to take advantage of all our nation has to offer despite their families’ struggle against seemingly insurmountable odds. Through after-school tutoring and mentoring, The Leaven gives kindergarten through fifth grade students hands-on assistance with homework and reading that allows them to learn and succeed in school.

The Leaven is a grassroots organization in Fairfield and Solano County. Our purpose is to share the love and compassion of Christ through acts of mercy and help to our neighbors.

The Leaven is a 501(c)(3) organization. Gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
