Frank Elsner is actively involved in the community as President of the Sudbury Food Bank and as a Board member for a wide range of local organizations. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police, Vice President of the Ontario Association of Police and Chair of the Criminal Intelligence Service of Ontario Board of Directors. Chief Elsner is also the founding President of the Canadian Institute for International Policing. As a Police Chief for the Greater Sudbury Police Service, Frank is passionate about his community and believes that everyone has an opportunity to make a difference.
