General Cox and Commissioner Cox recently visited the vibrant country of Brazil.
The Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club in Charlotte, NC is sending 10 teenagers to the impoverished Mexican village of Blanca Flor in July, where they will go door to door handing out LED solar lanterns.
