The Salvation Army of Southern California presented its Sally Award to actress/producer Roma Downey.
The Human Needs Index was announced yesterday which introduces a new multidimensional way to measure poverty in the US from the nonprofit perspective. It was developed through a collaboration effort with the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and The Salvation Army.
