Did You Know? 40,000 Salvation Army Workers Served at Ground Zero

The Salvation Army's service after the terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers was their largest mobilization ever on US soil. In their 9 months of service, more than 40,000 officers, staff and volunteers met the needs of responders on site.
